Project Engineer - #467079

Requirements:
- Education: Engineering, Project Management
- Experience: 7+ years in project engineering, sector Oil & Gas;
- Fluency in English

Location: Atyrau 5/2

Duties:

• Assess project viability, opportunities, project economics
• Cost and Schedule estimations, preliminary economics, develop business case and strategies
• generate alternatives, evaluate, analyze alternatives, narrow the list of alternatives and recommend the preferred alternative to project endorser
• Cost and Schedule estimations, Uncertainties Management, Risk assessment of alternatives; economics of each alternative
• Framing workshop, define project scope (in/out of scope, in/out of boundary)
• Generate a range of doable alternatives with stakeholders based on the endorsed project Frame
• Uncertainties Management, Risk Assessment of alternatives.
• Decision Analysis
• Project Execution Plan workshop, ensure all focus areas and related documents are developed and completed
• Manage work with engineering contractor
• Evaluate the feasibility of each project alternatives/solutions to handle
• Development of project documents (Basis of Design, evaluation reports, others)
• Organizing project meetings to provide project update
• Liaising between project team and various stakeholders (Plant Operations, Process, Projects, others) in daily basis
• Responsible for review monthly basis budget forecast
• Regularly provided project overview and update for partners
• Deputize for Project Manager in his absence.
• Attend daily stand-up meetings
• Organize project meetings to progress the assigned stories/tasks as required
